I talk about my grandchildren way too much, but I am going to do it again anyway. Both grandchildren came to spend some time with me this weekend. They arrived on Thursday night and we did indeed had a good Friday. We played games and rode up and down the Tanglefoot Trail. As I thought about my column this week, I began to look around at what was going on in the community and everywhere you look you see plans for Easter. All the stores have new spring lines, in time to find that perfect Easter outfit, Easter baskets and candy can be found everywhere, the garden centers have beautiful Easter Lilies and no matter what the temperature, it feels like spring.

How many times have you said, I would love to do something, but I just don’t have time. I have learned that we do have time. Maybe it’s my age, maybe it’s the things I am beginning to experience with myself and with my dad, but life really is a full circle. The most important thing when going anywhere with a small child is locating the bathroom everywhere you go. When you enter a restaurant, you enter the building casing out the place to locate the bathroom and try to estimate the time it will take to get from your table to the bathroom when your child is beginning to potty train.

Many times, I have expressed my extreme dislike for exercising. I have joined a fitness club for a year and paid my membership each month and found out that I went for about a month and then eventually just didn’t go.
