To obtain DNA repair-related factors, a search was conducted in the GeneCards database (https://www.genecards.org/) using the keyword “DNA repair.” Additionally, the Phenolyzer database (https://phenolyzer.wglab.org/) was utilized to predict phenotypic targets associated with DNA repair. The study was conducted up to February 1, 2024. The results from both databases were sorted in descending order based on scores, and the top 100 genes were selected for further analysis.
