I’ve lived in Glasgow for most of my life and watched the culinary scene go from strength to strength. Good food might not be the first thing that pops to mind when you think about Glasgow, but you will be spoilt for choice as a foodie here. I am filled with gratitude that I got to explore this gem that I’d overlooked as a vacation spot. But what surprised me the most? My least favorite locale was Amsterdam! That’s right–the one place people outside the country hear about the most in the Netherlands was the place I was most eager to leave.
