The ethical aspects of the current study have been approved by Isfahan university of medical sciences ethics committee with ethics code IR.MUI.REC.1400.008. Cell culture and treatmentHL-60 and THP-1 cell lines were purchased from Pasteur Institute (Tehran, Iran) and were cultured in Roswell Park Memorial Institute (RPMI) 1640 with 20% heat-inactivated FBS and 1% antibiotics (100 U/ml penicillin and 100 µg/ml streptomycin) (Bio idea, Iran).
