Lower Trestles is the chosen venue to run the surfing program in the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games. The operation focused on removing non-native Arundo grass - commonly mistaken for bamboo - and random items such as surfboards, kayaks, barbecues, and chairs that had been left behind by the infamous Lunada Bay Boys at their fortress.
