    Bruce Reginald Foster III is charged with aggravated murder, according to documents filed at the Licking County Common Pleas Court. Prosecutors accused Foster of opening fire at the KDC/One facility on Smith’s Mill Road in New Albany, a Columbus suburb, at about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. Foster was taken into custody Wednesday morning when authorities executed a search warrant at a Columbus address and took him into custody.

    COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Buckeyes are national football champions once again, and the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame is celebrating. On Friday, it unveiled a limited-edition bobblehead called the Brutus Buckeye Ohio State Flag Bobblehead. Ohio State's beloved mascot is waving the Ohio State flag on an Ohio Stadium football field base. Each bobblehead will be individually numbered one through 2,025.
