Why was the study undertaken? Generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) is a rare, chronic, multisystem, autoinflammatory disease. The clinical course of GPP is highly variable, which can make diagnosis challenging. What does this study add? Clear definition and diagnostic criteria for GPP are essential for effective treatment. This manuscript aims to provide continuity and accuracy in GPP definitions and diagnostic criteria.
