That’s what senior Francine Sanoy said on an early April afternoon, sitting outside Scaife Hall, located along the street. Ten minutes prior, she said she and a friend had almost been hit by a car while walking. Over the last two years, three pedestrians have been killed in the area, either hit by vehicles or construction debris.
