Statistical analysis Epigenome-wide association study Linear regression was applied to investigate the prospective association between neonatal DNAm and LVV in childhood. In our EWAS analyses, the DNAm β value at each CpG site was specified as the predictor and total LVV as the outcome of interest, adjusted for all relevant covariates as described above.
