First person convicted of breaching new domestic abuse order in LondonA 25-year-old man has become the first person to be convicted of breaching a Domestic Abuse Protection Order in London. Connor Cude was caught trying to leave his ex-girlfriend’s home in south London through the back garden on January 7. A Domestic Abuse Protection Order (Dapo) had been put in place in December, banning him from contacting the woman or going to her home.

Tributes have been paid to a 14-year-old aspiring rapper who was stabbed to death on a bus in south-east London on Tuesday afternoon. Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident in west LondonAn eight-year-old girl was seriously injured when she was shot in "an appalling incident" in west London. The child, who is now in a stable condition, and a 34-year-old man who was also injured were taken to hospital after being shot in Southern Row, Ladbroke Grove, just after 5.30pm on Sunday, the Metropolitan Police said.
