In the world of off-road racing, the Baja 500 is perhaps the crown jewel. When participants meet at the starting line, 500 miles of unforgiving terrain lie between them and completing one of the most challenging courses in motorsports. Only around 40% of them will rise to the challenge – just finishing the loop is considered a monumental achievement. This year, two teams from Moab entered the world-renowned race.
