1. IntroductionClimate change, characterized by rising global temperatures, the increasing frequency of extreme weather events, and sea-level rise, has significant implications for cities around the world [1]. Urban areas, with their high concentration of people, infrastructure, and economic activity, are particularly vulnerable to these impacts. Urban resilience, or the ability of urban systems to withstand and recover from shocks and stresses, is a critical concept in addressing these challenges.
