As a plant-based eater, it is often tricky to find somewhere to eat out that doesn't involve dissecting the menu beyond recognition. But, if you find a good Greek restaurant, you will likely be pleasantly surprised. There are lots of traditional Greek dishes that are perfectly vegan and others that lend themselves very well to being veganized. Whether it is hummus, dolmades, or bulgur salad, there is something delicious and filling to find.
