Sur environ 80m2, le jeune passionné de vin a donc ouvert sa Wäinstuff. « Ça trottait dans ma tête depuis cinq ou six ans », explique celui qui, il y a peu, était encore chauffeur de bus à la Tice. La passion du vin s’est renforcée chez Clément Scherer au fil des années.
