The Ukrainian defense industry has presented the latest drone used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine to intercept the russian-Iranian Shahed 136 kamikaze drones. Over the past two months, the UAV has already destroyed more than 20 enemy drones of this type, Militarnyi reports. The presentation of the drone took place during the visit of Belgian Prime Minister Bart De Wever to Kyiv. The footage of the drone was released in a video by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Ukrainian telecommunications company Kyivstar has officially announced the acquisition of 97% of the corporate rights of Uklon, one of Ukraine's largest online taxi services. The deal is valued at $155.2 million, the company shared the details with AIN. Under the terms of the deal, Uklon will continue to operate as a separate company and its team, led by CEO Serhii Hryshkov will remain unchanged. The transaction is expected to close in April 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation and the National Securities and Stock Market Commission have agreed on the concept of a new project called Diia.City Invest. The initiative aims to create favorable legal conditions for venture capital investments in Ukrainian technology companies. Diia.City Invest is aimed at simplifying and accelerating the process of creating venture capital funds in Ukraine. Instead of the current six months, this period should be reduced to about one week.
