DENVER — Dana Crawford, who pioneered the redevelopment of historic Larimer Square, died Thursday. She was 93 years old. Crawford is responsible for much of what the City of Denver looks like today. She initiated a concept of urban renewal that was one of the first of its kind in the United States. Crawford's work in Denver began in the 1960s.

Denver has outlined its immigration response as President Donald Trump prepares to enact major policy changes, saying it will cooperate when it comes to criminal elements but will fight the White House in court over potential raids at churches and schools. The city said it has put together a four-pronged approach to respond to Trump’s immigration policies. MONTROSE, Colo. — The Montrose County Sheriff's Office is trying to figure out what happened to dozens of cattle last seen grazing the Uncompahgre Plateau, southwest of Montrose. The sheriff's office said around 180 cattle, mostly calves, are unaccounted for. The cattle come from multiple ranches, according to the sheriff’s office. The cattle spend the summer and fall grazing the Uncompahgre Plateau, which is in the Uncompahgre National Forest.
