A 2-month-old French infant with no medical history was admitted to an emergency department in Morocco for febrile partial seizure. She had been on holiday for 3 weeks and fever with vomiting started the day before admission. Hypotonia was noted without focal neurological sign or rash. C-reactive protein was at 117 mg/L, and haemogram, renal, and hepatic tests were normal.
