    The focus of this mixed methods study was to explore the construct of creativity in the context of K–12 education and address how teachers understand and, in turn, cultivate or impede creativity in instructional practice. The researcher developed a professional development and community of practice website that engaged teachers with concepts associated with creativity via the learning sciences and instructional methodologies through reflection and interactive discussion.
