After the pandemic, a new style term emerged: Dopamine dressing. Dawnn Karen, a fashion psychologist and author of Dress Your Best Life, coined the phrase, summing up clothing choices that boost one’s mood. There is no one-size-fits-all prescription here. For some, it can be a bold color; for others, it’s an interesting texture. For yours truly, at this moment, dopamine dressing is all about festive fashion. I am usually a “Wait until after Thanksgiving!” girlie, but not this year.

The focus of this mixed methods study was to explore the construct of creativity in the context of K–12 education and address how teachers understand and, in turn, cultivate or impede creativity in instructional practice. The researcher developed a professional development and community of practice website that engaged teachers with concepts associated with creativity via the learning sciences and instructional methodologies through reflection and interactive discussion.
