Later this week, the Wyoming State Legislature’s Joint Select Committee on Tribal Relations will hold its first interim meeting in Fort Washakie. Items on its agenda range from juvenile justice to 911 outages to solid waste issues. Some notable bills came out of the committee last year, including one that updates Wyoming’s rock art protections. This year, the committee is helmed by two Fremont County legislators: Senator Cale Case and Representative Ivan Posey.
