PORT ARTHUR, Texas — One mother in Port Arthur is demanding transparency from the police department after her daughter died in a suspicious manner. So far, Port Arthur police haven't said if they're investigating the death of 33-year-old Donesha Buckner as a homicide. Her mother, Sharon Shelvin, received a call on Saturday, January 18 that Buckner had been rushed to the hospital after a medical emergency. "You're just never prepared," said Shelvin.
