The Big Carlos Pass Bridge project will replace the current bridge connecting Fort Myers Beach and Lover's Key with a 60-foot fixed-span bridge. If bitten, avoid sudden movements and clean the wound thoroughly; antibiotics may be necessary to prevent infection. Iguana's aren't on Florida's "most wanted" list of reptiles. That would be technically incorrect.
