    The Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest has added a ball hockey tournament and a concert featuring a prominent Canadian rock band to this year’s lineup. The Sticks & Steins tournament takes place at Wilkommen Platz from Friday, Oct. 10 to Sunday, Oct. 12, offering fun and competitive divisions for all ages and skill levels. Within Sticks & Steins, the Hockey with Hans U19 Tournament includes divisions for age groups U7 through U19.
