Netflix have released the first trailer for “Titan: The OceanGate Disaster”, a new documentary telling the ill-fated story of a submarine crew who disappeared and died during an underwater exploration of the Titanic wreckage in 2023. A group of five people travelled aboard the OceanGate-owned submersible named Titan to a point 600km south-east of Newfoundland, Canada, with the intention of exploring the wreckage of the ship which sank after it struck an iceberg during its maiden voyage in 1912.
