WINSTED - Fred Williams found a home at his alma mater more than 50 years ago, and had no reason to ever leave. But at age 73, Williams recently announced that he was stepping down as Northwestern Regional High School athletic director. He will leave the position at the end of the school year.

try and keep a baseball hat/visor on with beak of cap to try and protect your eyes. It helped me after my third concussion. the brightness is brutal.
