MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - The Democratic National Convention kicked off Monday afternoon at the United Center in Chicago. During opening night, President Joe Biden took to the stage after many speakers took the time to honor him and his time in office over the last four years. The Wisconsin Delegation sat just to the left of the stage where President Biden spoke. The energy in the blue party has ramped up since President Biden decided to turn the campaign to Kamala Harris. Delegates at the DNC agreed.
