Joe Flacco is back with the Browns. And countless fans are surely ready to again go “Wacko for Flacco.”On April 11, the Browns announced they came to terms with the 40-year-old free-agent ageless quarterback who two years ago was signed off the street and guided Cleveland to a playoff spot. The deal is reportedly for one year and worth $4 million. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the deal could be worth $13 million if incentives are met.

WASHINGTON — Alex Ovechkin skated over to his son Sergei at the glass. He bowed to Wayne Gretzky standing in a suite. He blew kisses to his wife, mother and family on the other side of the arena. In signature dramatic fashion, Ovechkin scored the 894th goal of his career — and second of the game — to tie Gretzky’s NHL record and set off a wild celebration among his Washington Capitals teammates on the ice and in the stands of the only building he has called home for the past two decades.
