    We’re in the final week of a Duval County Public Schools campaign — “Be Safe. Be Seen” — designed to help keep students safe when they’re walking or biking to and from school. The campaign, with classroom instruction for students and PSA-style videos on social media, wraps up Friday. But sadly the strongest reminder of why this issue is important — why it has to be something we continue to work on beyond this week— came the Friday before the campaign launched.
