Brescia College excerpts from the "Staying" section of my article, "Life and Dreams along Highway 4" in morelmag[dot]ca, 2016. Note that at the time of writing, this section of Western Road in London was designated as Highway 4. That designation has since been moved to Wonderland Road. Sister Theresa Mahoney, one of London’s three Ursuline nuns, grew up in Mount Carmel, north of the city. Mahoney, 74, remembers driving to the city on special trips with her parents.
