The Pusch Ridge Lions ended up taking the win 26-7 over the ALA West Foothills Guardians to be crowned the new 3A champions. At the beginning of the game, both teams kept getting defensive stops until the Guardians struck first.

It was a game that came down to the wire, however, the Scottsdale Christian Eagles defended their 2023 championship with a 28-27 win over the Pima Roughriders in 2024. Although, the Eagles had to dip deep to get the win. The Roughriders started hot as on their first drive they drove down the field efficiently.

Hamilton fought back this year after losing in the semi-finals last year and prevailed on top in 2024. The Huskies faced Red Mountain in the 6A championship game, which will go down as a classic. The Huskies took home the championship hardware with a 21-17 win over the Mountain Lions. However, it was not an easy win by any means.

The Huskies continue to dominate their way through the regular season, securing a 35-6 win over the Basha Bears. Hamilton not only improved to 10-0 on the season, but it also gave Basha, who was previously 8-0, its first loss of the year. Head coach Matt Stone, while happy with the win, knows the season is still not over after a great win over the Bears.
