This comes just over one month since his last hearing May 1, and Tuesday’s hearing was meant to go through the psychological evaluations of the juvenile victims. The National Weather Service confirmed the tornado as an EF-0 with winds peaking at 75 miles per hour and a storm path extending 1.1 miles. Marty Breeden has lived in Luray for over 60 years, and he said Friday’s twister brought the worst storm he has ever seen.

(WHSV) - At Mountain View Elementary School on Friday, fifth graders competed against each other in a tournament playing Foros, a strategy-based board game designed by Elkton native Ken Schell. Schell said when he went to MVES principal Drew Miller with the board game that he was quick to say yes to allowing students to play the game at school for several months to test it out. ”Over the years, I’ve seen the way he interacts with kids,” Schell said.

With these removals, many are concerned over the legality and implications this puts on the Democrats in the state.
