Softball Poll 5CARTERVILLE - The Carterville Lions softball team (22-4 overall) won two and lost two this past week, but will certainly not drop in The Southern's rankings this week, not when taking into account the level of competition. Early last week, the Lions shut out Pinckneyville, 3-0, at home and followed up Friday with a 3-0 road win at Rochester before dropping a pair of games at Chatham-Glenwood Saturday.
