    The Food and Drug Administration announced another recall Thursday related to cucumbers grown in Florida that are possibly contaminated with Salmonella. PennRose Farms, LLC is recalling 5-pound mesh bags of whole cucumbers after its supplier, Fresh Start Produce Sales, Inc. informed them of the recall initiated earlier this week by Florida-based Bedner Growers, Inc.

    A national restaurant chain has closed one of the last remaining Michigan locations as part of the closures of 15 restaurants across the country. A Warn Notice issued by GRMI, doing business as Bahama Breeze, says the company’s Troy location was permanently closed on May 15. The notice was sent to state officials, along with officials in Troy, and Oakland County.

    Price increases are coming to a variety of Nike products including footwear, apparel and equipment. According to CNBC, a person with knowledge of the move says the increases will take effect by June 1, but could start showing up on shelves as soon as this week. The price hikes will range between $2 and $10 depending on the item, the sources said. For instance, shoes priced between $100 and $150 will increase by $5, while shoes over $150 will jump by $10.

    The Consumer Product Safety Commission is warning parents of two types of infant swings that have been recalled over safety concerns. One of the companies is offering a full refund, while the other has yet to offer any sort of remedy for customers. Both types of swings were determined to "pose a suffocation hazard," due to the sleep swings having an incline angle greater than 10 degrees. That incline violates the Safe Sleep for Babies Act, according to the CPSC.

In the 31 seasons between division titles, the Lions were like 192-304-2. Until last year, nothing about the franchise gave fans or media a reason to give the Lions the benefit of the doubt. I appreciate what he's saying , but I don't think he gets how bad it was for so long.
