Good morning. Let’s basketball. Nonchaloir (Repose); John Singer Sargent; 1911The Indiana Pacersput 117 points on the Boston Celtics in regulation,watched the Celtics shoot just 33% from deep,got Joe Mazzulla to play a center every minute of the game even though those centers (Al Horford and Luke Kornet) were largely being abused by Indiana’s offense,shot 63% inside the arcand lost. It’s like the Nicene Creed of heartbreak, and it very well could be the series. Playoff series can turn on whims.

Good morning, it’s Day 2 of Here’s Basketball’s big comeback, but more importantly THE 2024 WNBA SEASON STARTS TONIGHT. If you’re new here, my name is Matt Ellentuck and I’m a WNBA writer/reporter who’s covered the league for the New York Times, SB Nation, and lots of other places.
