When we examine history, it doesn’t take long to see that every form of government has at least one thing in common; each is nothing more than a different attempt of legitimizing one group’s desire to oppress everyone one else for their own benefit an no one else’s. This single aspect of government, alone, regardless of its form, ultimately renders it entirely illegitimate, as no person or group has the right to exert their own will over others in such a fashion.

Many people are hellbent on trying to save this society. Some believe that a simple change in policy or leadership will make a difference. Others attempt to wage non-violent struggle or to write their congresspersons, each to no avail. Nevertheless, there remain a number of people that truly believe our society can be saved, that we have merely lost focus as a nation and that we’ll be fine if we can just get back to the way our country was intended to function.
