I will also say scrolling through my Twitter feed makes me feel like a giant asshole for using it solely to engage corporate accounts while many hope to foster dialog or at least shout into the void about actual issues like war and racism.

I appreciate Twitter as a means to interact directly with underpaid support staff as representative of corporate entities
