Here’s your Tuesday evening forecast for April 15, 2025 from Meteorologist Matt Serwe. The sun felt great Tuesday, but the winds are not pleasant. Gradually, the winds calm down this evening, and stay light overnight. Wednesday is probably the nicest day of the week. You can expect more sun than clouds, and highs in the upper 50s and low 60s. We follow that up with likely the wettest day of the week. A few showers and storms are possible Thursday morning, mainly in southern Minnesota.

Here’s your Tuesday evening forecast for April 8, 2025 from Meteorologist Matt Serwe. Temperatures are moving in the right direction today. Highs got close to 50° in the Twin Cities metro. We will be in the 50s on Wednesday and Thursday, even with a little rain in the forecast. There are two different waves of low pressure moving through during the middle of the week. We start with a few light rain showers on Wednesday morning as the first low passes to our south.

Temperatures fall into the mid 20s in the Twin Cities early Tuesday, with upper 10s and low 20s farther north. Comfortable jacket weather arrives Tuesday. Highs climb into the upper 40s in the metro.

Monday morning is Minnesota reminding you it can still Minnesota in April. A cold front drops across the state tonight, pushing temperatures into the 20s. Adding in the gusty north winds, metro wind chills will be in the teens Monday morning. Cities in central and northern Minnesota will feel single digit wind chills through 9:00 AM.

Here’s your Saturday evening forecast for April 5, 2025 from Meteorologist Matt Serwe. Winds will get lighter tonight. If you are going to be out this evening, make sure you have a warmer layer on. Wind chills drop into the 20s around the Twin Cities. Even though there will still be a breeze on Sunday, these will be warmer winds. Highs in the southern half of Minnesota reach the mid to upper 50s. Highs stay in the 40s up north, as a cold front pushes across the state.
