With so much media hype and speculation surrounding the NFL Draft, the event has turned into a soap opera of sorts. The most polarizing characters, aside from Mel Kiper Jr., are typically the quarterbacks, with this draft’s most dramatic actor being Shedeur Sanders. As the betting world turns, quarterbacks are often the key to the action. Instead of avoiding the elephant in the room, it’s best to immediately confront it. A college basketball team that many of us despised for many years has suddenly become likable. That team, of course, is Duke. The player who makes that team possible to admire and even root for is freshman phenom Cooper Flagg. Last year, Dineen was the sharpest handicapper in the Circa College Hoops Challenge, a VSiN-produced contest that is returning for the third consecutive season. A field of 15 contestants will compete in a college basketball contest that begins this weekend and extends to the NCAA championship game on April 7.

Incredible hockey game Saturday night. By comparison, the NBA playoffs have been mostly garbage, especially this weekend
