I am very pleased to see the recommendations of Frederick’s charter review committee (“Frederick charter review committee suggests larger city governing body,” Sept. 22). Ranked-choice voting and nonpartisan primaries are absolutely the best path to including all voters in our decision-making process. No one should have to choose between the lesser of two evils to represent them.
