We have a keen interest in the study by Sean McPhail and colleagues.1 We congratulate the authors for this work, which found large variations in the use and time to chemotherapy initiation between the participating jurisdictions, alongside large and variable age group differences in chemotherapy use. However, several points of this study need to be discussed.
