    A Skokie woman faces one felony count of leaving the scene of an accident and a misdemeanor count of failure to render aid after Evanston police say she struck a 63-year-old woman with her car on April 25. Police responded to a call around 1:40 p.m. on April 25 following a report of a vehicle striking a pedestrian. Police say the victim, a 63-year-old woman, had been struck while crossing Chicago Avenue eastbound on Grove Street.
