SailPoint Inc. shares pared losses to close 4.3% lower in their debut, after the enterprise security software company and funds controlled by Thoma Bravo raised $1.38 billion in an enlarged offering. The Austin-based company’s shares ended the day at $22 each on Thursday in New York. SailPoint and Thoma’s funds sold 60 million shares Thursday for $23 apiece, the top of the marketed range.
