Things are starting to fly with James Gunn’s Superman: Legacy as the symbol may have leaked early along with a potential look at David Corenswet’s costume. It’s also learned that Gunn will start filming as early as next week, said to be sometime between February 26th and March 1st. Filming locations currently known include Atlanta, Georgia and the birthplace of the Man of Steel, Cleveland, Ohio.

So much for Shang-Chi 2 as it is announced Destin Daniel Cretton is directing and producing the live-action adaptation of Naruto as he is back with Lionsgate. Recall that Destin Daniel Cretton signed “an exclusive multi-year overall deal” with Disney, Marvel and Hulu to develop and produce new projects back in 2021, months after the first Shang-Chi was released. At the time it was also said Cretton was working on Shang-Chi 2 and that the sequel is happening.

James Gunn casts another one of his buddy’s in Superman: Legacy,as Terence Rosemore will be playing none other than Otis. Terence Rosemore had minor roles in Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy 2 (Narblik), Brightburn (P.E. Teacher), The Suicide Squad (Crew Chief), The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special (Gurb), and Guardians of the Galaxy 3 (Xlomo Smeth). On Thursday, Gunn posted that image of the Superman: Legacy cast following a table read for the movie.

The likes of James Gunn, J.J. Abrams, Christopher Nolan and more have joined Jason Reitman in buying Westwood’s Village Theater in Los Angeles, California. Gunn posted pics on his social media and the trades reported on the news. “So pleased to be a co-owner of the Westwood Village Theater with this incredible group of filmmakers,” said Gunn.
