    A 21-year-old man from North Syracuse has been arrested after more than a year-long investigation into criminal activities involving the possession and distribution of child pornography. Detectives with the Onondaga County Sheriff's Office Computer Crimes Unit, in collaboration with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, executed a search warrant on March 13 at a home on Meadowbrook Drive.

Waterbury was last seen leaving the Oswego Hospital at approximately 8:30pm on Monday, March 11. Police say he was last seen headed south on West Seventh St. Waterbury was wearing a dark colored baseball cap, grey winter jacket, jeans, and white sneakers. He has a gray beard, and is approximately 6’ tall, 200 lbs.
