A parking space listed for sale in one of Australia's ritziest suburbs has raised eyebrows over its staggering price tag. The spot is located inside a secure parking garage at 2-4 Notts Avenue in Bondi, Sydney's eastern suburbs, and is on sale for $1million. The price is significantly higher than a spot that was sold for $500,000 at nearby Woollahra earlier this year. Selling agent Ben Collier, from The Agency, said it was the most expensive parking spot sold in the city from his memory.
