SHINNSTON, W.Va. (WBOY) — Shinnston Mayor Pat Kovalck has given more details into the building that collapsed in Shinnston on Sunday morning. In an interview with 12 News reporter Barbara Ron, Kovalck said that the city does not have equipment big enough to demolish the building itself, so it has been in contact with some demolition companies and they are hoping to have the building demolished as soon as possible.
