1 Introduction Because of advances in diagnosis and treatment techniques, survival from childhood cancer has improved over recent decades [1]. However, childhood cancer survivors (survivors) are at risk for chronic disease due to cancer or its treatment, which have physiological and psychological consequences such as impaired cardiopulmonary fitness [2], obesity [3], low lean muscle mass [4-11], muscle weakness [6, 11-14], and fatigue [15, 16].
