Ana's Restaurant is run by the Soto-Rosales family: Andrea Soto, Andres Soto and Georgina Rosales Andres Soto and his wife, Georgina Rosales, opened Ana’s (named after their youngest daughter) almost 15 years ago. Their daughter, Andrea, helps them run the kitchen and dining room, where they serve authentic Mexican food inspired by their hometowns of Tulancingo and Huasca de Ocampo in Hidalgo.
