Recently, many organizations have worked to create a learning ecosystem that supports the continued growth of their employees and the overall business. However, in doing so, the focus has solely been on the learning function within the organization, thus missing other factors required for an effective and sustainable learning ecosystem. A fully capable learning ecosystem takes more than one department. It is an infrastructure. More importantly, it is an infrastructure that works together.
