Cognitive deficits in psychotic disorders are debilitating, treatment-resistant and predict long-term functional outcomes. It is important to characterize and predict such deficits in the early phase of illness, where treatments may be more effective. In this study, we aimed to predict cognitive functioning in individual patients with early psychosis using connectome-based predictive models (CPMs) and identify clinical and sociodemographic factors that may affect prediction accuracy.
