    An Israeli air strike killed a UN worker and wounded five others on Wednesday in the central Gaza Strip, according to the Palestinian health ministry. The bombing targeted a UN headquarters in Deir al-Balah, local media reported. Six foreign staff members were seriously injured, and one of them died upon arrival at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, the ministry added. The victims were members of the United Nations Mine Action Service, which is responsible for clearing leftover explosive devices.
